摘要
本文以广东省妇幼保健院电子人力资源管理(electronic human resource,e-HR)系统开发经验为依据,阐述了基于多院区管理的e-HR构建意义,详述了医院e-HR系统架构,主要包括系统管理层、基础数据层、数据处理层、功能模块层,其中功能模块层是核心,主要包括了人事管理模块、工资管理模块、考勤管理模块、用户权限模块和个人查询模块,系统的功能运用主要包括人力资源数据分析与共享,并基于现有系统的功能,提出了系统功能优化的方向。旨在为其他医院e-HR的构建与开发提供指导,同时为医院资源规划(hospital resource planning,HRP)系统开发奠定基础、提供经验。
Based on the experience of developing electronic human resource(e-HR)system of Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital,this paper elaborates the significance of building e-HR based on multi-branch management and details the e-HR system architecture of the hospital.It mainly includes system management layer,basic data layer,data processing layer and functional module layer.Among them,the functional module layer is the core,which mainly includes personnel management module,payroll management module,attendance management module,user rights module and personal inquiry module.The functional application of the system mainly includes HR data analysis and sharing,and proposes the direction of system function optimization based on the functions of the existing system.It aims to provide guidance for the construction and development of other hospitals'e-HR,and at the same time,lay the foundation and provide experience for the development of hospital resource planning(HRP)system.
