摘要
目的研究小儿内科带教中使用临床路径教学法的应用以及对教学满意度的影响。方法选择2020年7月—2021年7月黄冈市妇幼保健院小儿内科医生28名作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各14名,其中对照组采用常规带教方法,观察组则使用临床路径教学模式,对比两组医生的教学效果。结果教学后,观察组的理论知识及操作能力成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的沟通能力、应对能力、解决问题能力以及协同合作能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿内科的临床教学工作中,临床路径教学模式弥补了传统教学方法的缺陷,在提高医生出科成绩的同时,还能对其发挥综合培养的作用,加强其专业水平,最终得到较高的教学满意度。
Objective To study the application of using clinical pathway teaching method in pediatric internal medicine teaching and the effect on teaching satisfaction.Methods 28 physicians in the Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine of Huanggang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into observation and control groups by the random number table method,with 14 in each group.The control group used the conventional teaching method,while the observation group used the clinical pathway teaching mode to compare the teaching effect of the two groups of doctors.Results After teaching,the theoretical knowledge and operational capabliity scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The communication ability,coping ability,problem-solving ability and collaborative ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's satisfaction with teaching was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of pediatric internal medicine,the clinical pathway teaching mode makes up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods.It is worthy of study and reference because it can play a comprehensive training role for doctors and strengthen their professional level while improving their performance in the department.
