外科学教学融入课程思政元素的探索

摘要 目的探讨外科学教学融入课程思政元素对学生结业笔试考试成绩、主动性人格表(PPS)评分、满意度的影响。方法随机抽取2020年9月—2021年6月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院外科轮转实习学生80例纳入研究,采用对照研究方法,通过随机数表法对照组和观察组。对照组实习生40例采用本科实习生普通教学模式,观察组40名在对照组常规教学基础上融入课程思政元素进行政治教育,探讨两组教学效果。结果观察组学生在教学内容的设计、教学方法、老师的授课方式、实践教学4个维度的教学反馈的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生结业笔试考试成绩的优秀率、及格率、平均分分别是67.50%,95.00%和(88.78±2.65)分,均明显优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生主观能动性人格表格(PPS)评分为(92.54±4.86)分,明显优于对照组的(79.86±4.65)分;且观察组学生对教学的总满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科学教学融入课程思政元素能够明显提高学生学习积极性进而提高学生结业笔试考试成绩,满意度较高,还能明显提高学生的主观能动性。 Objective To explore the effect of integrating the curriculum civics element into the curriculum of surgery teaching on students'performance in the final written examination,Proactive Personality Scale(PPS)scores and satisfaction.Methods A random sample of 80 students on surgical rotations at the Second Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College in September 2020 to June 2021 was included in the study,and the interns were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method of grouping using a controlled study.40 interns in the control group adopted the normal teaching mode for undergraduate interns,and 40 in observation group incorporated the political education by integrating the ideological elements of the curriculum on the basis of the regular teaching in the control group.The teaching effect of the two group was explored.Results The satisfaction of teaching feedback in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group in four dimensions of teaching content design,teaching method,teaching method and practical teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate,pass rate and average score of students in the observation group were 67.50%,95.00%and(88.78±2.65)points respectively,which were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The PPS score of the observation group was(92.54±4.86)points,which was significantly better than that of the control group(79.86±4.65)points.In addition,the total satisfaction of students in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05)..Conclusion The integration of curriculum thinking elements in teaching surgery can significantly improve students'learning motivation and thus their performance in the final written examination,while have higher satisfaction,and also significantly improve students'subjective motivation.
