摘要
护士群体普遍为女性群体,涉及婚假、产假、病假较多,尤其出现重大自然灾害或者大型事故时,住院人数激增后,很多科室护士会长时间处于超负荷工作状态,继而出现护士人力紧缺等表现,这无疑会影响医院整体应急水平,对其后续运营发展产生极为不利的影响,所以建立相应机动护士管理模式便显得极为必要。本文将对机动护士院内多岗位执业的动态管理探索与实践进行全面分析,并结合实际予以相应整理和总结。
Nurses are generally female,and they are involved in marriage leave,maternity leave and sick leave,especially when there is a major natural disaster or a large accident,and the number of hospitalized people increases,many department nurses will be overloaded for a long time,and then there is a shortage of nurses,which will undoubtedly affect the overall emergency level of the hospital and have an extremely negative impact on its subsequent operation and development.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a corresponding mobile nurse management model.In this paper,the exploration and practice of dynamic management of multi-position practice of mobile nurses in the hospital will be comprehensively analyzed and summarized with the actual situation.
