教师实践教学能力是衡量高职院校教师教学水平和能力的一项重要指标,是决定学校教学质量和技术技能人才培养质量的重要因素。因此教师的实践教学能力对高职院校的可持续发展至关重要,但目前,高职院校普遍存在着教师的实践教学能力欠缺的现象。本文分析了影响高职院校教师实践教学能力提升的相关因素,进一步探讨和研究了在新形势下如何加强教师实践教学能力,并提出了有效提升教师实践教学能力的一些建议和措施。

Teachers'practical teaching ability is an important index to measure the teaching level and ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities,and it is an important factor to determine the quality of school teaching and the quality of technical skill talents training.Therefore,the practical teaching ability of teachers is crucial to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the relevant factors affecting the improvement of teachers'practical teaching ability in higher vocational institutions,further discusses and studies how to strengthen teachers'practical teaching ability in the new situation,and puts forward some suggestions and measures to effectively improve teachers'practical teaching ability.
