病案库与Mini-CEX结合在神经内科教学中提高学生职业能力的分析

Analysis of Combining Case Library and Mini-CEX in Neurology Teaching to Improve Students'Professional Competence

目的分析病案库与Mini-CEX结合在神经内科教学中对学生职业能力影响。方法选取2022年2—7月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第一医院神经内科实习的60名2017级大五临床实习学生为研究对象;以自愿为原则进行分类,单一教学组30名,联合教学组30名;比较两组学生在实习后的Mini-CEX得分以及出科后的基础考核成绩与满意度。结果培训后,联合教学组Mini-CEX考核得分以及理论成绩得分均高于单一教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,联合教学组的学生满意度96.67%明显高于单一教学组70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过病案库与Mini-CEX相结合的方案,可以明显提高实习学生的临床综合能力,培育临床思维与职业素养,有利于提高临床教学质量。

Objective To analyze the impact of the combination of case library and Mini-CEX on students'professional competence in neurology teaching.Methods Sixty 2017 fifth-year clinical internship students who were practicing in the Department of Neurology at the First Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from February to July 2022 were selected for the study.They were classified on a voluntary basis,with 30 in the single teaching group and 30 in the joint teaching group.The Mini-CEX scores of students in the two groups were compared after the internship as well as the basic assessment scores and satisfaction after discharge from the department.Results After training,the Mini-CEX assessment scores and theoretical scores of the joint teaching group were higher than those of the single teaching group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the training,the student satisfaction rate of 96.67%in the joint teaching group was significantly higher than that of 70.00%in the single teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the program of combining the case library and Mini-CEX,it can significantly improve the clinical comprehensive ability of internship students,cultivate clinical thinking and professionalism,and help improve the quality of clinical teaching.
