摘要
目的分析个性化健康管理在体检中心的应用效果。方法本研究选择2020年6月为时间节点,2019年6月—2020年6月为常规管理模式,作为对照组;2020年7月—2021年12月为个性化体检管理模式,作为观察组。每个阶段选择在青岛市市北区延安路街道社区卫生服务中心妇保科工作的医护人员30名作为研究对象,并选择相对应干预患者50例进行调查研究。对比两个阶段护理人员对体检知识了解程度、管理质量评价及患者的服务满意度。结果观察组工作人员对体检知识了解程度较高,同时患者的服务满意度分值也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的管理质量总分为(95.02±0.51)分,对照组为(81.87±2.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实施体检期间,采用个性化健康管理,能提高科室管理质量,可以有效提升体检者对体检知识的了解程度,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized health management in physical examination centers.Methods In this study,June 2020 was selected as the time point,June 2019-June 2020 as the conventional management mode,as the control group,and July 2020-December 2021 as the personalized health checkup management mode,as the observation group.30 medical and nursing staff working in the Department of Gynecology and Health Care in Yan'an Road Street Community Health Service Center in the North District of Qingdao City were selected as the study subjects in each phase.And 50 patients with corresponding interventions were selected for the investigation and study.The knowledge of physical examination,management quality evaluation of nursing staff and service satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The staff in the observation group had a higher degree of knowledge about physical examination,and also the service satisfaction score of patients was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total management quality score of the observation group was(95.02±0.51)points and the control group was(81.87±2.15)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of physical examination,the use of personalized health management can improve the quality of departmental management,which can effectively improve the degree of knowledge about physical examination to the examinees and improve patients satisfaction.
