心理护理管理在结核病科室医护人员中的应用效果评估

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Psychological Care Management in Medical and Nursing Staff of Tuberculosis Department

目的探究分析结核科室护理管理工作中心理护理管理的应用路径及成效。方法本研究所选时间节点为2020年11—2021年12月,以本院结核科室28名医护人员为研究对象。2020年11月—2021年5月开展常规护理管理(实施前),2021年6—12月开展心理护理管理(实施后)。分析不同护理管理模式的应用效果。结果实施后医护人员焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪较实施前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较护理管理质量各项维度评分,实施后较实施前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护人员对实施后的护理管理模式评价更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于结核科室护理管理工作中运用心理护理管理理念,在调节医护人员不良心理情绪,提高科室护理管理质量,使医护人员能够以良好的心态面对工作等方面较常规护理管理更有优势。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application path and effectiveness of psychological care management in the nursing management of tuberculosis units.Methods The time point selected for this study was from November 2020 to December 2021,and 28 health care workers in the tuberculosis unit of our hospital were the study subjects.Regular nursing management(before implementation)was carried out from November 2020 to May 2021,and psychological nursing management(post-implementation)from June to December 2021.The effect of the application of different nursing management models was analyzed.Results After the implementation,health care workers'anxiety and depression were lower than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When comparing the scores of various dimensions of nursing management quality,they were significantly improved after implementation compared with before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical and nursing staff rated the nursing management model higher after implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of psychological nursing management concept in the nursing management of tuberculosis unit has more advantages than conventional nursing management in regulating the bad psychological emotions of medical and nursing staff,improving the quality of nursing management in the unit,and enabling medical and nursing staff to face their work with a good attitude.
