产科病房新生儿护理安全隐患与防控措施分析

Analysis of Safety Hazards and Preventive and Control Measures for Neonatal Care in Obstetric Wards

目的分析产科病房新生儿护理中所存在的安全隐患问题,并制订相应的防控管理方案。方法选取聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院产科病房20名护理人员,对2020年1—12月间新生儿常规护理管理工作中的安全隐患问题进行分析总结,并制订相应的防控管理措施。对比护理措施改进前后护理人员的职业认同感与工作满意度。结果改进后护理人员在职业观、职业认同、职业目标与职业态度上的职业认同感评价均高于护理措施改进前,护理人员对改进后的护理工作满意度较改进前更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科病房的新生儿护理工作中,针对所存在的安全隐患问题制订相应的防控措施,可有效降低安全事件的发生风险,有利于提升护理人员的职业认同感,加强护理人员的工作满意度。

Objective To analyze the safety hazards in neonatal care in obstetric wards and to develop corresponding prevention and control management plans.Methods Twenty nursing staffs were selected from the obstetrics ward of Dongchangfu Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Liaocheng City.The safety hazards in routine neonatal nursing management during January to December 2020 were analyzed and summarized.And the corresponding prevention and control management measures were formulated.compare professional identity and job satisfaction of nursing staff before and after the improvement of nursing measures.Results After the improvement,nursing staff's professional identity evaluation in terms of professional outlook,professional identity,professional goals and professional attitudes were higher than before the improvement of nursing measures.Nursing staff were more satisfied with the improved nursing care than before the improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In neonatal nursing in obstetric wards,appropriate prevention and control measures are developed for the safety hazard problems that exist.It can effectively reduce the risk of safety events,help to enhance the professional identity of nursing staff,and strengthen the job satisfaction of nursing staff.
