Effectiveness Analysis of Continuous Quality Improvement(CQI)for Neuros-urgical Care Management

目的分析持续质量改进(CQI)用于神经外科护理管理的效果。方法选取浏阳市中医医院2020年1月—2021年1月期间于神经外科工作的管理人员14名开展传统护理管理,设为参照组,2021年2月—2022年2月期间于神经外科工作的管理人员14名开展CQI的护理管理,设为研究组,比较两组的管理效果。结果管理后,研究组考核成绩高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作能力高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组负责患者的管理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将CQI运用于神经外科护理管理服务中,可有效增强管理人员专业认知,锻炼管理人员工作能力,提升管理服务质量,值得使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI)on neurosurgical nursing management.Methods Fourteen managers working in neurosurgery from January 2020 to January 2021 in Liuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to carry out traditional nursing management and were set as the reference group.14 managers working in neurosurgery from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected to carry out CQI nursing management and were set as the study group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results After management,the study group had higher assessment scores than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the working ability of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group was responsible for higher patient management satisfaction than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CQI in neurosurgical nursing management services can effectively enhance the professional cognition of managers,exercise the working ability of managers and improve the quality of management services,which is worth using.
