超声科实施质量控制专项管理的效果

Effectiveness of Implementing Special Management for Quality Control in Ultrasound Department

目的分析超声科应用质量控制专项管理的实施效果。方法2020年4月—2021年9月选择怀化市第二人民医院超声科医护人员20名,通过双盲法分为探究组、参照组,各10名,每组超声采样100份,探究组实施质量控制专项管理,参照组采取常规管理,对比超声质量检查结果、管理质量评分、管理效果满意度评分、不良事件发生率。结果管理前,两组操作技能、科室管理、服务态度、报告书写等评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,探究组操作技能、科室管理、服务态度、报告书写评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前,两组管理效果满意度评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,探究组报告规范度、结果回报及时、检查项目符合诊疗需求、超声工作质量等管理效果满意度评分相比参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组医护人员不良事件(意外情况、检查时间长、操作不规范、投诉事件)发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组检查操作标准率、超声仪器参数标准率、超声报告标准率、图像质量标准率相比参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量控制专项管理能够提高超声科整体管理质量,提升超声检查规范性。

Objective To analyze the implementation effect of applying quality control special management in the ultrasound department.Methods From April 2020 to September 2021 twenty medical and nursing staffs in the ultrasound department of the Second People's Hospital of Huaihua were selected and divided into an exploratory group and a reference group of 10 each by double-blind mode.In each group,100 ultrasound samples were taken,and the quality control special management was implemented in the investigation group,while the reference group adopted conventional management.The ultrasound quality inspection results,management quality scores,management effect satisfaction scores,and the incidence of adverse events were compared.Results Before management,there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of operational skills,department management,service attitude,and report writing in the two groups(P>0.05),after management,the scores of operational skills,department management,service attitude,and report writing were higher in the exploratory group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before management,there was no statistically significant difference between the satisfaction scores of management effect in the two groups(P>0.05);after management,the management effect satisfaction scores such as report standardization,timely return of results,examination items in accordance with treatment needs,and ultrasound work quality were higher in the investigation group compared with the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events(unexpected situations,long examination time,irregularities in operation,and complaints)among medical and nursing staff in the investigation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination operation standard rate,ultrasound instrument parameter standard rate,ultrasound report standard rate,and image quality standard rate were higher in the investigation group compared with the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Special management of quality control can improve the overall management quality of ultrasound department and improve the standardization of ultrasound examination.
