摘要
目的探究产科护理管理中采用护士分层管理方案的临床价值。方法选择2018年1月—2021年12月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院护士40名作为研究对象,按照护理管理方式进行分组,其中对照组20名护士执行常规产科护理管理(2018年1月—2020年1月);观察组20名护士采用分层管理方案(2020年2月—2021年12月)。对比两组护理管理方案的效果。结果干预后,观察组护士护理自我满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护士整体能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科采用护士分层管理与常规护理管理对比,更有利于护士整体能力的提升,提高护士护理自我满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of adopting a stratification management program for nurses in obstetric nursing management.Methods From January 2018 to December 2021,forty nursing staff of Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Liaocheng City were selected as the study subjects.The nursing staff were grouped according to the nursing management mode,in which 20 nursing staff in the control group performed routine obstetric nursing management(January 2018 to January 2020).The 20 nursing staff in the observation group used a stratification management scheme(February 2020 to December 2021).The effects of the nursing management scheme were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,nurses'nursing self-satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the overall ability of nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comparison of nurses'stratification management with conventional nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology is more conducive to the improvement of nurses'overall competence and the improvement of nurses'nursing self-satisfaction.
