脑出血康复治疗不同介入时间康复效果的比较

Comparison of Rehabilitation Effects of Different Intervention Times in Cerebral Hemorrhage Rehabilitation Therapy

目的:比较脑出血康复治疗不同介入时间的康复效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月江苏省宿迁瑞年康复医院收治的脑出血康复治疗患者99例为观察对象,按照康复治疗介入时间将患者分为早期组、中期组及晚期组,各33例。比较三组患者运动功能、神经功能、生活质量及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,三组患者Fugl-Meyer评分均提高,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均降低,早期组优于中期组、晚期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期组患者生理功能、社会职能、情感职能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、精力及总体健康评分均高于中期组、晚期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期组总有效率高于中期组、晚期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于处于稳定状态下的脑出血患者康复治疗介入时间越早,患者整体治疗效果越显著,改善患者神经功能和运动功能、提高患者生活质量效果越明显,可提高治疗总有效率。

Objective:To compare the rehabilitation effects of different intervention times of cerebral hemorrhage rehabilitation therapy.Methods:Ninety-nine patients admitted to Suqian Ruinian Rehabilitation Hospital for rehabilitation treatment of cerebral hemorrhage from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as observation subjects.Patients were divided into early group,middle group and late group according to the intervention time of rehabilitation treatment,33 cases each.The patients in the three groups were compared in terms of motor function,neurological function,quality of life and treatment effect.Results:After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score improved and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score decreased in all three groups,and the early group was better than the middle group and the late group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function,social function,emotional function,physical function,somatic pain,mental health,energy and overall health scores of patients in the early group were all higher than those in the middle and late groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the early group was higher than that in the middle and late groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The earlier the intervention time of rehabilitation treatment for cerebral hemorrhage patients in a stable state,the more significant the overall treatment effect of patients,the more obvious the effect of improving patients'neurological and motor functions and improving patients'quality of life.The overall efficiency of treatment can be improved.
