开塞露经肛肠内深纳法对剖宫产后腹胀患者的应用效果

The Effect of the Application of the Deep Intra-Anal Penetration of Glycerine Enema in Patients with Abdominal Distension after Cesarean Delivery

目的:观察开塞露经肛肠内深纳法对剖宫产后腹胀患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-3月东莞市东城医院妇产科收治的剖宫产后腹胀患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予开塞露常规肛纳法护理,观察组给予开塞露经肛肠内深纳法干预,比较两组患者干预后排气时间、腹围变化值、护理解决成效满意率。结果:观察组排气时间短于对照组,腹围变化值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理解决成效满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用开塞露经肛肠内深纳法干预剖宫产后腹胀者,可显著缩短产妇术后排气时间,缓解腹胀,得到剖宫产产妇满意与认可。

Objective:To observe the effect of the application of the deep intra-anal method of glycerine enema in patients with abdominal distension after cesarean delivery.Methods:80 patients with post-cesarean section abdominal distension admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Dongguan Dongcheng Hospital from January to March 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases each.The control group was given glycerine enema routine nursing care of the anus,and the observation group was given the intervention of the deep intra-anal penetration of glycerine enema.The time of exhaustion,the value of change in abdominal circumference,and the satisfaction rate of nursing solution effectiveness were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results:The time of exhaustion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the value of change in abdominal circumference was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing solution effectiveness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention of post-caesarean distension using the deep intra-anal penetration of glycerine enema can significantly shorten the time of post-operative gas and relieve abdominal distension,which is satisfied and accepted by women who had cesarean delivery.
