瑶医挑针疗法联合针刺治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Yaoyi Acupuncture Pick Therapy Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Damp-Heat Paralysis and Obstruction Type Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨瑶医挑针疗法联合针刺治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年11月-2022年1月来宾市中医医院收治的KOA患者90例,采用随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组予以针刺治疗,观察组给予针刺联合瑶医挑针疗法治疗,比较两组患者临床效果、膝关节肿胀程度、WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分及膝关节积液炎性因子。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者膝关节肿胀程度均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者白介素-1、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑶医挑针疗法联合针刺治疗湿热痹阻型KOA的临床效果显著,可明显改善患者关节肿胀程度及临床症状,降低患者炎性因子水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yaoyi acupuncture pick therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of damp-heat paralysis and obstruction type knee Osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:90 patients with KOA admitted to Laibin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,45 cases each,using the random number method.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Yaoyi acupuncture pick therapy.The clinical results,degree of knee swelling,WOMAC osteoarthritis index score and inflammatory factors of knee joint effusion were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of knee swelling was reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically different(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically different(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Yaoyi acupuncture pick therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of damp-heat paralysis and obstruction type KOA is significant,which can significantly improve the degree of joint swelling and clinical symptoms and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients.
