神曲消食口服液治疗小儿呼吸道感染伴消化不良的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Shenqu Elimination Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Pediatric Respiratory Tract Infection with Dyspepsia

目的:分析小儿呼吸道感染伴消化不良应用神曲消食口服液治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2022年6月盐城市妇幼保健院收治的小儿呼吸道感染伴消化不良患儿98例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予神曲消食口服液治疗。比较两组患儿临床症状改善状况及临床效果。结果:观察组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音症状消失时间及食欲恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿呼吸道感染伴消化不良应用神曲消食口服液辅助治疗,可有效改善患儿临床症状,加快患儿病情好转速度,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the application of Shenqu elimination oral liquid for the treatment of pediatric respiratory tract infection with dyspepsia.Methods:98 cases of pediatric respiratory tract infection with dyspepsia admitted to Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,49 cases each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Shenqu elimination oral liquid treatment on the basis of the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms and clinical effects of the children in the two groups were compared.Results:The disappearance time of fever,cough,lung rales and appetite recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shenqu elimination oral liquid for Indigestion in pediatric respiratory tract infection with dyspepsia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,accelerate the improvement of their conditions,shorten the treatment time and improve the treatment effect.
