静疗小组模式在血液肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管中的应用效果

Effectiveness of Static Therapy Group Model in PICC Placement for Hematology Oncology Patients with Chemotherapy

目的:探讨静疗小组模式在血液肿瘤化疗患者外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年6月南通市通州区人民医院血液科收治的血液肿瘤PICC置管患者70例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予静疗小组模式护理干预,比较两组患者的PICC置管情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组1次穿刺成功率、1次置管成功率、上腔静脉到位率高于对照组,平均置管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血液肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管中采用静疗小组模式干预,能够提升PICC置管成功率、减少并发症发生,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of the application of the static therapy group model in peripheral vein placement of central venous catheter(PICC)in hematologic oncology chemotherapy patients.Methods:70 patients with PICC placement in hematological tumors admitted to the Department of Hematology,Tongzhou District People's Hospital,from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases each.The control group was given conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group was given static therapy group mode nursing interventions.The PICC placement,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had a higher rate of 1-time puncture success,1-time placement success,and superior vena cava in place than the control group,and the average placement time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of the static therapy group model in PICC placement in hematological oncology patients can improve the success rate of PICC placement,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve patient care satisfaction.
