优质护理在支气管哮喘患者护理中的应用效果

The Effect of Quality Care in the Care of Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨优质护理在支气管哮喘患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月城阳区人民医院呼吸内科收治的支气管哮喘患者140例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各70例。观察组给予优质护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者护理满意度、临床症状积分、炎性因子水平、肺功能。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、气促症状评分均提高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子、C反应蛋白水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者第一秒用力呼气容积、肺活量、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的比例水平均提高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预支气管哮喘患者可以获得较高护理满意度,减轻临床症状,降低炎性反应,提升患者肺功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of quality care in the care of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:140 cases of bronchial asthma patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Chengyang District People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as observation subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 70 cases each.The observation group was given quality nursing intervention and the control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,clinical symptom score,inflammatory factor level and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the cough,sputum,wheezing and shortness of breath symptom scores improved in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor and C-reactive protein were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of first second exertional expiratory volume,spirometry,and the ratio of first second exertional expiratory volume to exertional spirometry increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing interventions for bronchial asthma patients can achieve higher nursing satisfaction,reduce clinical symptoms,decrease inflammatory response,and improve patients'lung function.
