公立医院人员配置对策分析

摘要 医院人员配置存在的问题主要有管理信息化发展缓慢、人员素质良莠不齐、医务人员工作负荷较大等,应从激励机制、人才引进、人才培养、信息管理等角度提出优化对策。在公立医院人员配置方面,应注重激励机制的建立,关注人才引进,重视人才培养,加强信息管理,实现公立医院人员配置的优化,促进医院良好运行。 The problems of hospital staffing mainly include slow development of management information technology,uneven quality of personnel,and large workload of medical staff.Optimization countermeasures should be proposed from the perspectives of incentive mechanism,talent introduction,talent training,and information management.In the staffing of public hospitals,we should focus on the establishment of incentive mechanisms,pay attention to the introduction of talents,pay attention to the cultivation of talents,and strengthen information management to realize the optimization of the staffing of public hospitals and promote the good operation of hospitals.
