摘要
为响应我国对国际社会做出“力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和”的承诺,南方电网公司提出建设以新能源为主体的新型电力系统。为给以新能源为主体的新型电力系统保驾护航,未来15年南方电网调峰调频发电有限公司(简称调峰调频公司)将新增抽水蓄能装机3600万kW。为适应新型电力系统大规模抽水蓄能电站的监视控制要求,调峰调频公司与北京中水科水电科技开发有限公司(简称北京中水科技)共同建设一套集控中心计算机监控系统(简称集控系统),实现多厂站少人可靠监控的运行集约化。集控系统采用中水科技自主研发的iP9000智能一体化平台,系统整体安全可靠、技术先进、易于维护。文章介绍了该系统的设计思路及主要功能。
In response to China’s commitment to the international community to "strive to reach the peak by 2030, and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060", China Southern Power Grid Corporation proposed to build a new power system with new energy. In order to protect the new power system, China Southern Power Grid Peak shaving and Frequency Modulation Power Generation Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Peak shaving and Frequency Modulation Company") will add 36 million kW of pumped storage installed capacity in the next 15 years. In order to meet the monitoring and control requirements of largescale pumped storage power plants in the new power system, Peak shaving and frequency modulation company and Beijing IWHR Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " IWHR Technology Co") jointly build a centralized control center computer monitoring system(hereinafter referred to as "centralized control system") to realize the operation intensification of reliable monitoring of multiple power plants and fewer workers. The centralized control system adopts the iP9000 intelligent integrated platform independently developed by China Water Technologies, which is safe and reliable, technologically advanced and easy to maintain. This paper introduces the design idea of the project and the main functions of the system.
