变速恒频水电机组调速系统研究及应用

摘要 针对引汉济渭工程三河口水利枢纽项目常规机组采用变速恒频发电控制技术的要求,在分析其额定转速和低转速两种运行模式各自控制机理的基础上,对低转速运行时机组实际采用的孤网调节方式进行了试验研究,通过试验得出孤网PID调节参数的整定原则,并在此基础上得到一组可以使机组在孤网状态下稳定运行的参数,从而证明将变速恒频发电控制技术应用于常规水电机组调速系统是可行的。 In order to fulfill the requirements of applying the variable speed constant frequency power generation control technology for conventional units to Sanhekou Water Control Project of the Han Wei River Diversion Project,an experimental study was carried out on the actual isolated network regulation mode of the units under low speed operation based on the analysis of the respective control mechanisms of the rated speed and low speed operation modes,and the setting principles of the isolated network PID regulation parameters were obtained through the test.Based on the results,a set of parameters that can keep a stable operation of the unit in isolated grid state are obtained,which proves that it is feasible to apply VSCF generation control technology to the speed regulation system of conventional hydropower units.
