摘要
采用问卷法调查了408名乡村小学教师,考察工作时间与心理健康之间的关系。结果发现:(1)近两年来,乡村小学教师的工作时间明显延长,在工作日内,约78.4%的教师每天工作时间延长了1个小时或以上;(2)乡村小学教师的心理健康不佳,在WHO 5(5点量表法)上均值为2.64;(3)乡村小学的工作时间延长负向预测其心理健康水平;(4)营养摄入是工作时间延长与心理健康之间的部分中介变量。建议合理管理工作时间,同时改善营养摄入,以提高乡村小学教师的心理健康水平。
A questionnaire survey was conducted to survey 408 teachers in rural primary schools to investigate the relationship between working hours and mental health.It was found that:(1)In working days,about 78.4%of teachers have extended their working hours by one hour or more every day;(2)The mental health for teachers in rural primary schools is not good,and its average on the WHO5(5-point scale)is 2.64;(3)Extended working hours negatively predicted their mental health;(4)Nutrition intake is a partial mediator between working hours extension and mental health.Lastly,it suggested that the working hours of teachers should be properly managed and the nutrition intake should be improved to improve the level of mental health for rural primary school teachers.
