摘要
深圳地铁建设过程中,由于地铁车辆基地(车辆段、停车场)占地面积大,因此用地选址受到限制;此外,深圳市水资源短缺,工程建设需要保护水资源,减少对水资源用地的挤压。为解决上述问题,深圳地铁立足实际,以地铁8号、10号线为试点线路,通过将车辆基地与城市调蓄水库合建,探索集约用地与雨洪利用理念在城市建设中的新推行模式。文章基于深圳市土地资源与水资源现状,分析深圳地铁建设与有限水土资源间的矛盾,并介绍8号、10号线车辆基地与现有调蓄水库合建的建设方案。实践证明,该方案能够显著节约土地,增加雨水存蓄,提高城市片区防洪标准,具有较好的社会效益与经济效益,值得借鉴。
During the construction of Shenzhen metro,due to the large site area of metro vehicle bases(depots and parking area),the site selection is limited,in addition,Shenzhen is short of water resources,so the project construction needs to protect water resources and reduce the squeeze on water resources land.To solve the above issues,Shenzhen metro,based on the actual situation,takes metro line 8 and line 10 as its pilot lines,and explores the new implementation mode of the concept of intensive land use and stormwater utilization in urban construction through the combined construction of vehicle bases and urban regulating reservoirs.Based on the current situation of land and water resources in Shenzhen,this paper analyzes the contradiction between the construction of Shenzhen metro and the limited water and land resources,and introduces the construction scheme of the combined construction of the vehicle bases of line 8 and line 10 and the existing regulating reservoirs.The practice shows that this scheme can significantly save land,increase rainwater storage,improve flood control standard of urban areas,and create social and economic benefits,which is worth learning.
