城市轨道交通地下车站空调系统优化方案研究

摘要 文章结合城市轨道交通地下车站传统通风空调系统能效现状,分析存在的主要问题及原因,提出新建城市轨道交通地下车站空调系统采用创新采购模式。根据空调设备及智能环控系统能效约束性指标对空调系统设计、空调设备的选型及新技术的应用进行方案设计。最后,将变频冷水机组、变频冷却塔、EC风机和智能环控系统等设备运行仿真预测结果与新安公园站制冷系统运行实测数据进行对比,验证该空调系统优化方案可行。可为城市轨道交通地下车站空调系统的优化发展提供新的思路。 Based on the energy efficiency status of traditional ventilation and air conditioning systems in urban rail transit underground stations,this paper analyzes the main issues and causes,and proposes an innovative procurement mode for air conditioning systems in new urban rail transit underground stations.According to the energy efficiency constraints of air conditioning equipment and intelligent environmental control system,the scheme design of air conditioning system design,air conditioning equipment selection and the application of new technologies is carried out.Finally,the simulation and prediction results of the operation of frequency converter water chiller units,frequency converter cooling towers,EC fans,intelligent environmental control systems and other equipment are compared with the measured data of the refrigeration system in Xin'an park station to verify that the optimization scheme of the air-conditioning system is feasible.This can provide a new idea for the optimal development of air-conditioning system in urban rail transit underground stations.
