Exploration on investment control mode of Shenzhen rail transit project--Research on technical and economic indicators and standard costs

城市轨道交通工程投资控制日益成为政府主管部门、投资者和建设方共同关注的焦点。文章通过深圳市轨道交通工程投资控制模式的探索,结合住建部工程造价改革方案,提出投资控制的方法,即标准技术方案是投资控制的基础、标准成本是投资控制的依据、信息化智能化是投资控制的手段,以期对城市轨道交通投资控制有所启示。

The investment control of urban rail transit projects has increasingly become the focus of the government authorities,investors and construction parties.Through the exploration of the investment control mode of Shenzhen rail transit project,combined with the project cost reform plan of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development,this paper puts forward the method of investment control,that is,the standard technical plan is the basis of investment control,the standard cost is the gist of investment control,and the information intelligence is the means of investment control,with a view to enlightening the investment control of urban rail transit.
