阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床研究

Clinical study of azithromycin sequential therapy on mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的 探讨在小儿支原体肺炎的治疗中采取阿奇霉素序贯疗法的临床治疗效果。方法 66例支原体肺炎患儿,采用随机抽签方式分为实验组和参照组,各33例。参照组患儿实施红霉素静脉滴注治疗,实验组患儿实施阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的肺功能指标。结果 实验组患儿的治疗总有效率96.97%高于参照组的81.82%,且不良反应发生率12.12%低于参照组的33.33%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患儿的用力肺活量(FVC)(1.93±0.32)L、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)(1.68±0.33)L、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)(66.42±6.02)%均高于参照组的(1.43±0.22)L、(1.30±0.21)L、(60.38±6.57)%,差异均具有统计学意义(t=7.397、5.581、3.894, P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论 在小儿支原体肺炎的治疗中实施阿奇霉素序贯疗法效果好,不良反应较少,具备较高安全性。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of azithromycin sequential therapy on mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 66 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random drawing, with 33 cases in each group. Children in the reference group were treated with erythromycin intravenous drip, and children in the experimental group were treated with azithromycin sequential therapy. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions, and lung function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of children in the experimental group was 96.97%, which was higher than 81.82% in the reference group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 12.12%, which was lower than 33.33% in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the forced vital capacity(FVC)(1.93±0.32) L, forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)(1.68±0.33) L, FEV1/FVC(66.42±6.02)%in the experimental group were higher than(1.43±0.22) L,(1.30±0.21) L,(60.38±6.57)% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.397, 5.581, 3.894;P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, azithromycin sequential therapy has good effect, less adverse reactions and high safety.
