孕期系统健康教育在产前检查门诊护理中对孕期健康知识评分的干预分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 分析探讨孕期系统健康教育在产前检查门诊护理中对孕期健康知识评分的干预效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月至2021年12月所接收的60例产检并于本院负责追踪分娩的孕产妇为观察对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组采用孕期常规健康教育,观察组采用孕期系统健康教育,将两组护理前后孕期健康知识评分、情绪评分、分娩时疼痛评分与总产程、分娩结局、孕产妇满意度以及护理效果进行比较。结果 护理前两组孕期健康知识评分、抑郁与焦虑情绪评分比较差异均不具有显著性(P>0.05),护理后观察组孕期健康知识评分高于对照组,抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表测评结果低于对照组,数据对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组在分娩时疼痛评分低于对照组,总产程短于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇分娩结局发生羊水粪染、会阴侧切、胎儿窘迫等情况均低于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇对于本次护理实施满意度高于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇护理总有效率高于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将孕期系统健康教育应用于产前检查门诊护理孕产妇的护理中效果显著,能够有效提高对孕期健康知识认知度,改善孕产妇负面情绪,提高其护理满意度,改善妊娠不良结局,降低剖宫产发生率,预后效果很显著。 Objective To analyze and discuss the intervention effect of systematic health education during pregnancy on the score of health knowledge during pregnancy in antenatal outpatient care. Methods Sixty cases of pregnant and lying in women received in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 and delivered in our center were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted the routine health education during pregnancy, and the observation group adopted the systematic health education during pregnancy. The health knowledge score, emotion score, pain score during delivery and the total labor process, final delivery outcome maternity satisfaction and nursing effect were compared. Results There was little difference between the two groups in the score of health knowledge, depression and anxiety scores during pregnancy before nursing(P>0.05). The health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing, the results of self rating depression scale and self rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05). The pain score of the observation group during delivery was lower than that of the control group, and the total labor process was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of meconium stained amniotic fluid, lateral episiotomy and fetal distress in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of pregnant and lying in women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of systematic health education in pregnancy to the nursing of pregnant and lying in women in the antenatal clinic has a significant effect. It can effectively improve the awareness of health knowledge in pregnancy,improve the negative emotions of pregnant and lying in women, improve their satisfaction with nursing, improve the adverse outcome of pregnancy,reduce the incidence of cesarean section, and have a good prognosis.
