超声内镜(EUS)在胃黏膜隆起性病变诊断及其内镜微创治疗中的价值

The Value of Ultrasound Endoscopy(EUS) in the Diagnosis of Gastric Mucosal Protrusion and Its Endoscopic Minimally Invasive Treatment

目的 分析探究在胃黏膜隆起性病变诊断及其内镜微创治疗中应用超声内镜的临床应用价值。方法 选择在本院实施诊断、治疗且具有完整资料的68例胃黏膜隆起性病变患者作为研究对象,患者入院就诊时间为2019年1月至2020年1月,对照组患者接受常规CT检查,观察组患者接受超声内镜检查,分析探讨超声内镜诊断准确性以及临床治疗效果。结果 在68例胃黏膜隆起性病变患者诊断中,病理检查结果表示,其中胃脂肪瘤14例,胃部息肉16例,胃间质瘤21例,胃炎增生2例,胃癌1例,胃平滑肌瘤11例,异位胰腺3例,超声内镜诊断符合率达到94.12%,CT诊断符合率为61.76%。在68例患者中病灶直径大于2 cm者有31例,小于1 cm者12例,剩余患者病灶直径在1~2 cm,超声内镜诊断符合率达到94.12%,CT诊断符合率为66.18%。结论在胃黏膜隆起性病变诊断以及内镜微创治疗中应用超声内镜具有理想效果,诊断准确率比较高,对内镜微创治疗起着一定的指导意义,在临床应用期间安全性和有效性比较高。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical application value of ultrasonic endoscopy in the diagnosis of gastric mucosal protruding lesions and endoscopic minimally invasive treatment. Methods 68 patients with gastrointestinal protruding lesions with complete data diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.Patients in the control group received conventional CT examination and patients in the observation group received ultrasound endoscopy to analyze and discuss the diagnostic accuracy and clinical treatment effect of ultrasound endoscopy. Results In the diagnosis of 68 cases of gastric mucosal protruding lesions, the results of pathological examination showed that there were 14 cases of gastric lipoma, 16 cases of gastric polyps, 21 cases of gastric stromal tumors, 2 cases of gastritis hyperplasia, 1 case of gastric cancer, and smooth stomach there were 11 cases of fibroids and 3 cases of ectopic pancreas. The coincidence rate of ultrasound endoscopic diagnosis reached 94.12%, and the coincidence rate of CT diagnosis was 61.76%.Among 68 patients, 31 patients had a lesion with a diameter greater than 2 cm, and 12 patients had a lesion with a diameter of less than 1 cm. The remaining patients had a lesion with a diameter between 1-2 cm. The coincidence rate of ultrasound endoscopy was 94.12%, and the coincidence rate of CT diagnosis was 66.18%. Conclusion The application of ultrasonic endoscopy in the diagnosis of gastric mucosal protruding lesions and endoscopic minimally invasive treatment has an ideal effect, and the diagnostic accuracy is relatively high. It has certain guiding significance for endoscopic minimally invasive treatment. It is safe and effective during clinical application.
