标准四联疗法及序贯疗法治疗胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的基本疗效观察

Standard Quadruple Therapy and Sequential Therapy for the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Patients with Helicobacter Pylori

目的 研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡患者采用标准四联疗法以及序贯疗法治疗的疗效。方法 于我院患者中随机抽取60例,分为两组,对照组给予标准四联疗法,观察组给予序贯疗法,对比两组Hp根除率和临床疗效,评估患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况,对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果 观察组Hp根除率96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组治疗有效率80.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腹胀、腹痛、反酸嗳气等症状缓解时间均明显缩短,且观察组腹胀[(1.10±0.12)分vs.(1.75±0.23)分],腹痛(1.16±0.31 vs.(1.93±0.29)分),反酸嗳气[(1.08±0.42)分vs.(1.77±0.52)分]等症状缓解时间显著短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 对Hp阳性胃溃疡患者采用序贯疗法可有效提高临床疗效,患者治疗期间产生的不良反应更少,治疗安全性更有保障,同时有助于提高Hp根除率,改善患者临床症状,促进患者恢复健康。

Objective To study the efficacy of standard quadruple therapy and sequential therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive gastric ulcer. Methods Sixty patients were randomly selected from our hospital and divided into two groups. The control group was given standard quadruple therapy, and the observation group was given sequential therapy. The Hp eradication rate and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment was evaluated., to compare the effects of the two treatments. Results The Hp eradication rate in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30), which was significantly higher than that of 70.00%(21/30) in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with an effective rate of 80.00%, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the relief time of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, acid reflux belching and other symptoms in both groups was significantly shortened, and the relief time of abdominal distension [(1.10±0.12) vs.(1.75±0.23)], abdominal pain [(1.16±0.31) vs.(1.93±0.29)], acid reflux belching [(1.08±0.42) vs.(1.77±0.52)] was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential therapy for Hp positive gastric ulcer patients can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, the patients have fewer adverse reactions during treatment, and the treatment safety is more secure. The patient recovered.
