静脉血栓栓塞症护理质量指标的建立及其在静脉血栓栓塞症患者中的应用研究

Establishment of Nursing Quality Index of Venous Thromboembolism and its Application in Specialist Group

目的 探讨静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)护理质量指标的建立及其在静脉血栓栓塞症患者中的应用效果。方法 将德尔菲专家函询法作为中心,围绕其进行调研,形成静脉血栓栓塞症护理质量指标,包括增加患者VTE健康教育知晓率、VTE风险评估正确率、VTE预防护理措施落实率、护士VTE知识知晓率、患者满意度共计5项指标。分别抽取广东省普宁华侨医院2020年1-3月静脉血栓栓塞症护理质量指标运用前的204例患者纳入对照组,2020年4-6月静脉血栓栓塞症护理质量指标运用后的204例患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者VTE护理质量指标的差异,并进行分析。结果 观察组患者VTE健康教育知晓率、护士VTE知识知晓率、VTE风险评估正确率和VTE预防护理措施落实率、患者满意度均高于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。结论 本研究所建立的5项指标能较为客观地反映潜在VTE患者发生VTE的风险。围绕这5项指标进行针对性的护理,能够显著改善指标,并提升患者满意度,效果确切,不仅有助于患者个体预后,也对减轻家庭和社会医疗负担具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the establishment of nursing quality index of venous thromboembolism(VTE) and their application effect in patients with venous thromboembolism. Methods Delphi expert consultation method was taken as the center and investigated around it to form five indicators of nursing quality of venous thromboembolism, including awareness rate of VTE health education, accuracy rate of VTE risk assessment,implementation rate of VTE preventive nursing measures, awareness rate of nurses’ VTE knowledge and patient satisfaction. In Guangdong Puning overseas Chinese Hospital, 204 patients before the application of venous thromboembolism nursing quality indicators from January 2020 to March 2020 were selected into the control group, and 204 patients after the application of venous thromboembolism nursing quality indicators from April 2020 to June 2020 were included into the observation group. The differences of VTE nursing quality indicators between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The awareness rate of VTE health education, nurses’ VTE knowledge, the correct rate of VTE risk assessment and the implementation rate of VTE preventive nursing measures and the patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusions The five indicators established in this study can objectively reflect the risk of VTE in potential VTE patients.Targeted nursing around these five indicators can significantly improve the indicators and improve patient satisfaction. The effect is accurate. It is not only conducive to the individual prognosis of patients, but also of great value in reducing the medical burden of families and society.
