心理疗法治疗老年帕金森病伴精神障碍患者的效果

Effect of Psychotherapy in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Parkinson Disease and Psychosis

目的:探析心理疗法治疗老年帕金森病(PD)伴精神障碍(PDPsy)患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1-12月在重庆市第十一人民医院就诊的80例老年PDPsy患者。根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组均给予利培酮片,对照组给予常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理疗法。比较两组治疗前后症状改善情况、生活质量、负性情绪。结果:治疗后,两组统一帕金森评定量表(UPDRS)评分均明显降低,且观察组UPDRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PD患者生活质量量表简化版本(PDQ-8)评分均明显降低,且观察组PDQ-8评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均明显降低,且观察组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理疗法应用于老年PDPsy患者中效果显著,可有效改善症状及生活质量,降低负性情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with Parkinson disease(PD)and psychosis(PDPsy).Method:From January to December 2021,80 elderly patients with PDPsy visited in Chongqing Eleventh People’s Hospital were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,40cases in each group.Both groups were given Risperidone Tablets,the control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given psychotherapy on the basis of the control group.The improvement condition of symptoms,quality of life and negative emotions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the score of the unified Parkinson disease rating scale(UPDRS)in both groups were significantly reduced,and the UPDRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the simplified version of the quality of life scale for patients with PD(PDQ-8)in both groups were significantly reduced,and the PDQ-8 score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA)in both groups decreased significantly,and the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychotherapy applied in elderly patients with PDPsy has a significant effect,which can effectively improve symptoms and quality of life,reduce negative emotions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
