大黄液灌肠治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Dahuang Liquid Enema in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

目的:分析大黄液灌肠治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月达州市中西医结合医院儿科新生儿病区100例确诊为新生儿高胆红素血症患儿。根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组均给予基本治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上给予大黄液灌肠治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前,治疗72 h后血清总胆红素水平,不良反应。结果:对照组总有效率为82.0%,低于观察组的98.0%(P<0.05)。治疗72 h后,两组血清总胆红素水平均低于治疗前,观察组血清总胆红素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大黄液灌肠治疗新生儿高胆红素血症,可提高治疗效果,有效降低患儿血清总胆红素水平,安全性好,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Dahuang liquid enema in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Method:From January 2018 to December 2019,100 children diagnosed with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in the Pediatric Neonatal Ward of Dazhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment,while the observation group was given Dahuang liquid enema treatment on the basis of the above treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum total bilirubin level before and after 72 hours of treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 82.0%,which was lower than 98.0%of the observation group(P<0.05).After 72 hours of treatment,the serum total bilirubin level in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the serum total bilirubin level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dahuang liquid enema in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can improve the therapeutic effect and effectively reduce the serum total bilirubin level in children,with good safety,which is worthy of promotion.
