散风通窍滴丸联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎的效果

Effect of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills Combined with Amoxicillin on Acute Sinusitis in Children

目的:探讨散风通窍滴丸联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎的效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2022年4月在阳江市人民医院儿科门诊诊治的236例急性鼻窦炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机排列法分为对照组(n=118)和治疗组(n=118),两组治疗中均给予常规对症处理,对照组使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片口服,治疗组在对照组的用药基础上添加散风通窍滴丸,比较两组患儿治疗前后临床症状及炎症指标变化,观察两组治疗效果及不良反应并进行对比。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为96.61%,高于对照组的83.90%(P<0.05);两组治疗前临床症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组鼻塞、流涕、头痛、嗅觉障碍和黏膜充血水肿症状评分均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后鼻塞、流涕、头痛、嗅觉障碍和黏膜充血水肿症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前炎症指标hs-CRP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP水平低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:散风通窍滴丸联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片口服治疗可以有效改善急性鼻窦炎患儿的临床症状,其作用机制可能与降低体内炎症因子指标有关,提高临床效果,并保障患儿治疗的安全性,临床应用价值显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills combined with Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Tablets on the improvement of symptoms and inflammatory indicators in children with acute sinusitis.Method:A total of 236 children with acute sinusitis diagnosed and treated in the Pediatric Outpatient Department of Yangjiang People’s Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=118)and treatment group(n=118)by random permutation method.Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment during treatment.The control group was orally Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Tablets,and the treatment group was added Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills on the basis of the medication in the control group,The changes of clinical symptoms and inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.61%,which was higher than 83.90%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,dysosmia and mucosal hyperemia and edema in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptom scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,dysosmia and mucosal hyperemia and edema in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hs-CRP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of hs-CRP in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of hs-CRP in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills combined with Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with acute sinusitis.Its mechanism may be related to reducing the indicators of inflammatory factors in the body,improving the clinical treatment effect,and ensuring the safety of children’s treatment.It has significant clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
