辛伐他汀修复骨缺损的应用研究进展

Application Study Progress of Simvastatin in Repairing Bone Defects

他汀类药物是3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A还原酶的抑制剂,最初被研制用于防治心血管疾病,降低胆固醇水平。随着对他汀类药物更深入的研究,发现他汀类药物还具有多重作用。辛伐他汀已被证实有促进骨再生能力。本文就辛伐他汀修复骨缺损的机制,辛伐他汀的最佳浓度,使用方式及给药方式及辛伐他汀的应用做一综述。

Statins are 3-Hydroxy-3-methylglutarate monoacyl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors,which were initially developed to prevent and treatment cardiovascular diseases and reduce cholesterol levels.With the further study for statins,it is found that statins also have multiple effects.Simvastatin has been proved to have the ability to promote bone regeneration.This article reviews the mechanism of repairing bone defects with Simvastatin,the optimal concentration and the way of use and administration way of Simvastatin,and the application of Simvastatin.
