雷贝拉唑联合裸花紫珠颗粒对胃溃疡患者的影响

Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Luohua Zizhu Granules on Patients with Gastric Ulcer

目的:探讨雷贝拉唑联合裸花紫珠颗粒对胃溃疡患者的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年12月中国人民解放军东部战区总医院淮安医疗区门诊诊治的104例胃溃疡患者。根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和常规组,各52例。两组均口服康复新液,常规组给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合裸花紫珠颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)、炎症因子及不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率为94.23%,高于常规组的76.92%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前PGⅠ、PGⅡ、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、PCT水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组CRP、PCT水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗期间研究组有1例腹泻,1例头痛,不良反应发生率为3.85%(2/52);常规组有5例腹泻,5例头痛,不良反应发生率为19.23%(10/52)。研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合裸花紫珠颗粒治疗胃溃疡患者能够缓解症状,效果确切,降低血清胃蛋白酶原、CRP、PCT水平,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Rabeprazole combined with Luohua Zizhu Granules on patients with gastric ulcer.Method:A total of 104 patients with gastric ulcer who were diagnosed and treated in Outpatient Department of Huai’an Medical District,General Hospital of the Eastern Warzone of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into study group and routine group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.Both groups took Kangfuxin Liquid orally.The routine group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric Capsules,and the study group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric Capsules combined with Luohua Zizhu Granules.The clinical efficacy,serum pepsinogen(PG),inflammatory factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 94.23%,which was higher than 76.92%in the routine group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PGⅠand PGⅡin both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and which in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and PCT in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and which in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was 1 case of diarrhea and 1 case of headache in the study group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.85%(2/52);in the routine group,there were 5 cases of diarrhea and 5 cases of headache,the incidence of adverse reactions was 19.23%(10/52).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rabeprazole combined with Luohua Zizhu Granules can relieve symptoms of patients with gastric ulcer,with definite effect.It can reduce the levels of serum PG,CRP and PCT,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
