6S管理联合PDCA循环理念下的精益化管理应用于老年骨科创伤手术的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Lean Management under the Concept of 6S Management Combined with PDCA Circulationin in Elderly Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery

目的:研究6S管理联合PDCA循环理念下的精益化管理应用于老年骨科创伤手术的干预效果。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2021年3月-2022年6月收治的老年骨科创伤手术患者60例,按照抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组予以常规管理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上予以6S管理联合PDCA循环理念下的精益化管理干预。观察两组的手术室护理管理质量、手术相关指标、术后并发症发生率。结果:干预后,研究组的各项手术室护理管理质量评分均高于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后24、48 h VAS评分,术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:6S管理联合PDCA循环理念下的精益化管理应用于老年骨科创伤手术患者,可提高手术室护理管理质量,改善各项手术指标,减少术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To study the intervention effect of lean management under the concept of 6S management combined with PDCA circulationin in elderly orthopedic trauma surgery.Method:A total of 60 elderly orthopaedic trauma patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management intervention,and the study group was given lean management under the concept of 6S management combined with PDCA circulationin on the basis of the control group.The quality of nursing management in operating room,operation related indexes and postoperative complication rate were observed.Result:After intervention,the scores of various operating room nursing management quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,and the VAS scores at 24 hours and 48 hours after operation and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of lean management under the concept of 6S management combined with PDCA circulationin in elderly orthopaedic trauma patients can improve the quality of nursing management in the operating room,improve various surgical indicators,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
