干扰素配合聚甲酚磺醛用于高危型HPV阳性宫颈炎患者的疗效

Efficacy of Interferon Combined with Policresulen in Patients with High-risk HPV-positive Cervicitis

目的:探讨干扰素配合聚甲酚磺醛用于高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)阳性宫颈炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将2020年1月-2021年1月罗源县妇幼保健院收治的80例高危型HPV阳性宫颈炎患者按摸球法分为两组,各40例。所有患者均进行微波治疗,其中对照组术后采用干扰素治疗,观察组基于对照组治疗上采用聚甲酚磺醛治疗。对比两组治疗效果、康复进程、HPV转阴率、炎症与免疫水平。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组显效率高于对照组,术后6个月HBV-DNA转阴率高于对照组,阴道排液量、脱痂止血时间、创面愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组炎症、免疫细胞水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素配合聚甲酚磺醛治疗高危型HPV阳性宫颈炎取得较好效果,可促进HPV转阴,值得临床进一步探讨。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Interferon combined with Policresulen in patients with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)-positive cervicitis.Method:Eighty patients with high-risk HPV-positive cervicitis admitted to Luoyuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into two groups according to the touch-ball method,40 cases in each group.All patients were given microwave therapy.The control group was treated with Interferon after surgery,the observation group was given Policresulen on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect,rehabilitation process,HPV negative rate,inflammation and immune level of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups(P>0.05);but the significant efficiency rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the HBV-DNA negative rate at 6 months after operation was higher than that of the control group,and the vaginal discharge volume,the time of removing scabs and stopping bleeding,and the time of wound healing were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammation and immune cells in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interferon combined with Policresulen in the treatment of high-risk HPV-positive cervicitis can achieve better efficacy,and can promote HPV negative conversion,which is worthy of further clinical research.
