摘要
以酒糟为碳源,KOH为活化剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备不同碳铁比(C/Fe3O4)的磁性活性碳材料,并测定不同碳铁比的酒糟基活性碳对亚甲基蓝的除去率、吸附剂的回收率.结果发现,碳铁比为80%的酒糟基磁性活性碳具有最佳的吸附效果,其比表面积是4.37×10^(5) m^(2)/kg,1 mg这种磁性活性碳可吸附248.1 mg亚甲基蓝.机理研究发现,这种材料的吸附机理与准二级动力学模型和Langmuir模型相符.
Magnetic active carbon with different C/Fe ratios(C/Fe_(3)O_(4))was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method using vinasse as carbon source and KOH as activator,and the removal rate of methylene blue,the recovery rate of adsorbent was determined.Based on the experimental results,the active carbon of 80%mass ratio of carbon to Fe3O4,which specific surface area is 4.37×10^(5) m^(2)/kg,has the highest adsorption efficiency.The adsorption capacity of 1 mg vinasse-based magnetic activated carbon is 248.1 mg methylene blue.The adsorption mechanism follows the quasi-second-order kinetic and Langmuir model.
