医学具有社会事业和科学的双重身份。护佑身体的历史使命赋予医学特殊的社会地位。医学与政治关系的实然状态包括:政治权力通过医学服务实现国家治理、政治通过医学对身体进行干预、政治对医学暴力行为的管控、政治对医学的不当干预、邪恶政治利用医学戕害身体;医学与政治关系的应然期待是:医学要彰显医学的核心价值,以护佑身体健康为终极使命,为国家治理提供医学支持;政治应尊重医学的独特地位,尊重医学家的专业权威,守住政治干预医学的边界,实施医学优先发展的国家管理策略。

Medicine has a dual identity of social cause and science.The historical mission of caring for the body gives medicine a special social status.The actual state of the relationship between medicine and politics includes:political governance through medical services,political intervention on the body through medicine,political control of medical violence,improper political intervention on medicine,evil political power use medicine to harm the body.The ideal conditions in the relationship between medicine and politics are presented in the following forms.Medicine should highlight its core value,with the ultimate mission of protecting and maintaining health,and provide medical support for national governance.Politics should respect the special status of medicine,respect the professional authority of medical scientists,keep the boundary of political intervention in medicine,and implement medicine priority strategy.
