安宁疗护社会工作的整合实务探索

Exploration of the Integrative Approach in Hospice Social Work

基于文献资料与实务经验,以医务社会工作的整合实务观为视角,提出大型综合医院开展安宁疗护社会工作的整合实务模式。安宁疗护社会工作的整合实务具有三个层次的实践内涵,分别是微观上常规医疗与安宁疗护整合、中观上医务社工与服务团队整合、宏观上医疗机构与社会系统整合。整合实务模式丰富了安宁疗护社会工作传统的个案介入模式,扩展了医务社工的服务范畴,提升了安宁疗护的服务质量。进一步发展整合实务,需要医务社工加强实务能力、建立专业形象和研制服务规范。

Based on the literature and practical experience,this paper adopts the idea of integrative practice in medical social work and puts forward the integrative approach of hospice social work in major general hospitals.This integrative approach includes three levels of practice:the integration of conventional medicine and hospice care on the micro-level,the integration of medical social workers and hospice service teams on the meso-level,and the integration of medical institutions and social systems on the macro-level.The integrative approach of practice enriches the traditional case-intervention approach in hospice social work,expands the scope of service for medical social workers,and improves the quality of hospice care.For the further development of the integrative approach of hospice social work,medical social workers need to strengthen practical competencies,set up professional images,and formulate service specifications.
