血清CA125、hs-CRP及NLR与盆腔子宫内膜异位症分期的相关性及对其诊断的预测价值

The correlation between serum CA125, hs-CRP, and NLR and pelvic endometriosis stage and their predictive value in diagnosis

目的分析血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对盆腔子宫内膜异位症(EMT)分期的相关性及对其诊断的预测价值。方法选择2018年8月至2020年8月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院(以下简称“我院”)诊治且术后病理证实为EMT的114例患者为EMT组,选择同期就诊于我院且术后病理证实为单纯卵巢囊肿的92例患者为对照组。收集两组的一般资料、临床资料及手术情况,分析血清CA125、hs-CRP、NLR与EMT分期的相关性及对EMT诊断的预测价值。结果EMT组血清CA125、hs-CRP、NLR高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ期EMT患者血清CA125、hs-CRP、NLR高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期,Ⅳ期EMT患者血清CA125、hs-CRP、NLR高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期(P<0.05)。血清CA125、hs-CRP、NLR水平与EMT临床分期呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。血清CA125、hs-CRP、NLR联合检测EMT的曲线下面积高于CA125、hs-CRP和NLR单独检测。结论血清CA125、hs-CRP及NLR联合检测可为EMT的诊断提供参考价值。

Objective To analyzed the correlation between serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and pelvic endometriosis(EMT)and their predictive value in diagnosis.Methods A total of 114 patients diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)from August 2018 to August 2020 and confirmed as EMT by postoperative pathology were selected as EMT group,92 patients with simple ovarian cyst confirmed by postoperative pathology were selected as control group.General,clinical,and surgical information of two groups were collected.The correlation of serum CA125,hs-CRP,and NLR with EMT stage and their predictive value in diagnosis were analyzed.Results Serum CA125,hs-CRP,and NLR in EMT group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum CA125,hs-CRP,and NLR in stageⅢEMT patients were higher than those in stageⅠ+Ⅱ,and the serum CA125,hs-CRP,and NLR in stageⅣEMT patients were higher than those in stageⅠ+ⅡandⅢ(P<0.05).Serum CA125,hs-CRP,and NLR levels were positively correlated with the clinical stage of EMT(r>0,P<0.05).The area under the curve of the combined detection of CA125,hs-CRP,and NLR in diagnosis of EMT was higher than that of CA125,hs-CRP,and NLR alone.Conclusion The combined detection of CA125,hs-CRP,and NLR can be provided a partial reference value for the diagnosis of EMT.
