厦门市三甲综合医院已婚育龄护士“三孩”生育意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis of fertility intention and influencing factors to have three children of married nurses of childbearing age in Xiamen GradeⅢ-A General Hospital

目的调查厦门市三甲综合医院已婚育龄护士“三孩”生育意愿并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,抽取2022年1月至3月4家厦门市三甲综合医院235名已婚育龄护士作为调查对象,通过问卷星发放问卷。结果本研究共回收有效问卷235份,结果显示24.3%的已婚育龄护士有“三孩”生育意愿,9.4%的人表示不确定,66.3%的人表示无意愿。年龄(OR=3.031,P=0.025,95%CI:0.380~24.175)、户籍(OR=3.159,P=0.009,95%CI:1.340~7.451)、个人月收入(OR=2.017,P=0.004,95%CI:0.270~15.082)、每月值夜班次数(OR=1.005,P<0.001,95%CI:0.341~2.965)、丈夫对“三孩”的态度(OR=0.189,P=0.021,95%CI:0.046~0.777)、护理管理者的理解与支持(OR=6.726,P=0.049,95%CI:0.942~48.008)是影响已婚育龄护士生育意愿的重要因素。结论厦门市三甲综合医院已婚育龄护士的三胎生育意愿受多因素影响。家庭、医院、社会应该共同协作,为其提供可行的保障措施,正确引导护士协调好生育与工作之间的关系。

Objective To investigate the willingness of married nurses of childbearing age to have three children and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 235 married nurses of childbearing age in four GradeⅢ-A General Hospitals in Xiamen from January to March 2022 were selected as the survey subjects by convenience sampling method,and the questionnaires were distributed through the questionnaire.Results A total of 235 valid questionnaires were collected in this study.The results showed that 24.3%of married nurses of childbearing age had the intention of having three children,9.4%said they did not want to,and 66.3%said they did not want to have three children.Age(OR=3.031,P=0.025,95%CI:0.380-24.175),household registration(OR=3.159,P=0.009,95%CI:1.340-7.451),personal monthly income(OR=2.017,P=0.004,95%CI:0.270-15.082),the number of night shifts per month(OR=1.005,P<0.001,95%CI:0.341-2.965),and the husband's attitude towards having a third child(OR=0.189,P=0.021,95%CI:0.046-0.777)and the understanding and support of nursing managers(OR=6.726,P=0.049,95%CI:0.942-48.008)were important factors affecting the fertility intention of married nurses of childbearing age.Conclusion The willingness of married nurses of childbearing age to have there children in GradeⅢ-A General Hospitals in Xiamen is still not high.Families,hospitals,and society should coordinate and cooperate in an all-round way,formulate corresponding safeguard measures,and guide nurses to properly handle the relationship between fertility and work.
