我国体育产业结构变迁及其优化路径研究

Research on the Changes and Optimization Path of Sports Industry Structure in China

产业结构优化是体育产业高质量发展的重要表征。基于产业结构优化理论,运用产业结构合理化、高级化的度量方法,对2015—2019年我国体育产业总体及内部各业态的产值数据进行了结构变迁分析。结果表明:体育产业门类结构不断朝着合理化与高级化方向演进,但体育服务业和制造业增速的严重失衡以及产业质量的低位徘徊正阻碍着我国体育产业门类结构的进一步优化;体育产业大类结构并未朝合理化的方向迈进,且高级化程度偏低,阻碍大类结构优化的原因之一是大类间产值比例失调,特别是本体产业核心部门占比过低。为进一步优化我国体育产业结构,可行路径包括提升体育服务业发展质量、推动体育制造业提质增效、壮大体育本体产业核心部门规模等。

The important performance of the high quality development of sports industry is the optimization of industrial structure.Based on the theory of industrial structure optimization,this paper uses the measurement methods of the rationalization and advancement of industrial structure and analyzes the structural changes of sports industry in China from 2015 to 2019.It finds that:1)The structure of the 3 categories of sports industry in China is being optimized and upgraded,which is reflected in the evolution of the 3 categories toward the direction of rationalization and advancement.However,the serious imbalance between the development of sports service industry and manufacturing industry and the stagnation of the quality of the 3 categories of sports industry hinder the further optimization of the sports industrial structure in China.2)The structure of the 11 categories of sports industry in China is not in the optimization and upgrading,which is reflected in the evolution of the 11 categories of structure toward the irrational direction,and although the evolution toward the direction of advancement,but the degree of advancement is too low.One of the reasons that hinder the optimization of the 11 categories of structure is the serious imbalance of the output value structure,in particular,the proportion of core departments of ontology industry is too low.To further optimize the structure of sports industry in China,it is necessary to improve the development quality of sports service industry,promote the quality and efficiency of sports manufacturing industry and expand the scale of the core sectors of sports industry.
