一种基于5G通信分布式监测终端的智能重合闸方法 被引量:5

摘要 随着现代城市发展,城市电网中出现了大量的架空线和电缆混合线路。电缆故障大部分是永久性故障,为避免重合于永久性故障对系统造成二次冲击,混合线路重合闸往往退出运行,影响了线路的整体运行可靠性。提出一种基于5G通信的分布式监测终端的智能重合闸方法,适用于混合线路的故障定位系统,能够实现电缆故障区段的精确判别,同时实现混合线路的智能重合闸。系统由基于5G通信的分布式监测终端和站端智能重合闸装置构成。监测终端直接安装在输电导线上,采用自取能方式进行供电,通过5G通信将电流数据发送到站端自动重合闸装置,站端装置完成故障区段的判别,对重合闸进行自适应充放电处理。经过仿真测试和实际运行,提出的基于5G通信分布式监测终端的智能重合闸方法能够实现对混合线路的故障区段精准定位,实现了混合线路的自适应重合闸,有效提升了混合线路的供电可靠性。 With the development of the modern city,there are a large number of overhead and cable hybrid lines in the urban power grid.Most cable faults are permanent faults,the auto-reclosing function of hybrid lines is usually off in order to avoid the secondary reclosing onto the system.An intelligent auto-reclosing method based on distributed monitoring terminal with 5G communication which is suitable for the accurate fault location of hybrid line is presenteal.The system is composed of distributed monitoring terminals with 5G communication and intelligent reclosing device.The monitoring terminal is directly installed on the transmission line,while the intelligent auto-reclosing device is in the substation.The current data collected by the monitoring terminal is sent to the intelligent auto-reclosing device through 5G.The intelligent auto-reclosing device identifies the fault section and sends out the blocking auto-reclosing signal.With amount of simulation test and site operation,the method proposed can accurately locate the fault section of hybrid line and make the application of intelligent auto-reclosing of hybrid line possible,which effectively improves the power supply reliability of hybrid line.
