摘要
介绍了120 t转炉底吹优化的生产实践,通过对转炉底吹设备进行改造,对透气砖进行维护,对工艺参数和操作工艺进行优化,延长了底吹原件的使用寿命,使转炉底吹与炉龄同步,整个炉役期间保证了良好的冶金效果,提高了钢水质量,降低了冶炼成本。
The production practice of optimizing the bottom blowing on 120 t converter is introduced. Through the transformation of the bottom blowing equipment of the converter, the maintenance of the breathable brick, the optimization of process parameters and operation technology, the service life of the bottom blowing element is extended, the bottom blowing of the converter is synchronized with the furnace age, the good metallurgical effect is guaranteed during the whole furnace service, the quality of molten steel is improved, and the smelting cost is reduced.
