摘要
通过优化废钢和铁水装入制度,形成缓冲区,减轻了大块废钢和高温铁水对转炉大面的冲击;优化转炉终渣成分和调渣工艺,有效提高溅渣护炉的效果。通过研究激光测厚仪在转炉炉衬维护中的应用,探索炉役各阶段的侵蚀规律,利用激光测厚仪准确测量炉衬的侵蚀情况,进行精确投补,降低补炉料消耗,有效防止了穿炉事故发生,提高炉衬寿命。
By optimizing the loading system of scrap and molten iron, a buffer zone is formed to reduce the impact of large scrap and high-temperature molten iron on the large surface of the converter. By optimizing the composition of final slag and slag adjustment process of converter, the effect of slag splashing and furnace protection is effectively improved.By studying the application of laser thickness gauge in the maintenance of converter lining, the erosion law of each furnace service stage is explored. The laser thickness gauge is used to accurately measure the erosion of furnace lining and accurate feeding and compensationis carried out, so as to reduce the consumption of the make-up material, effectively prevent the occurrence of the furnace accident and improve the service life of the furnace lining.
