国有企业进入新的发展时期,必须始终推进党的领导有效融入经营管理各个环节,引领国资国企实现高质量发展。本文剖析了新形势下国有企业党建与经营融合存在的问题和短板,探讨党建融入生产经营各环节的可行路径,以期拓宽党建工作思路,提升企业党建工作实效。

As state-owned enterprises enter a new period of development,they must always promote the effective integration of party leadership into all aspects of operation and management,and lead state-owned enterprises to achieve high-quality development.This paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the integration of party construction and management in state-owned enterprises under the new situation,and discusses the feasible path for party construction to be integrated into all aspects of production and operation,in order to broaden the ideas of party construction and improve the effectiveness of party construction in enterprises.
