While 2020 is ending on a somber note with the global pandemic impacting the lives of millions of people around the world,the innovations,discoveries,and learning that continues to emerge out of these distressing times can bring us hope for a better future.Each piece of the scientific puzzle explored and uncovered by researchers–whether addressing an acute challenge,such as COVID,or incrementally nudging a technology forward–is another step towards bettering our lives in a multitude of ways.
