摘要
在劳动教育政策引领下,我国大中小学劳动教育依托原有的实践活动形态,形成了较为全面系统的实施方案,劳动教育课程化取向较为明显。从已有研究来看,对劳动教育的目的、内涵以及研究路径进行了深入探讨,从不同维度提出了劳动教育课程体系的理论框架与层级结构。调查显示,各级各类学校在实施劳动教育过程中,出现了对劳动教育课程理解不透彻、实施不系统、教师能力不足以及结果评价弱化等突出问题。针对调研中发现的问题,需要通过突出师资培养焦点、体现学生本位重点、突破关键要素难点等路径,促进大中小学劳动教育课程有序实施。
Under the guidance of labor education policy, labor education in universities, primary and secondary schools rely on previous practical activities to form a comprehensive and systematic implementation scheme, and the curriculumization of labor education is obvious. Survey shows that in the process of implementing labor education, there are prominent problems such as unclear understanding and unsystematic implementation of labor education curriculum, feeble teacher ability and weak evaluation. To solve these problems to achieve the orderly implementation of labor education, we need to work more on teacher training, prioritize the importance of students, and deal with key difficulties.
