摘要
当前我国职业院校教师教学创新团队建设因循的主要是“项目规范”方式和“师徒制”方式,在一定程度上忽略了团队的管理自由度。所谓管理自由度是指团队在管理、行动及空间层面能够按照自己的意愿进行教学创新的自由程度,本质是管理与自由的平衡度。以此为理论基础的职业院校教师教学创新团队,更强调规范与自由平衡的管理自由度、合作与分享的行动自由度及信任的空间自由度,促使团队形成支持型环境,激活团队创新思维。要创设职业院校教师教学创新团队的管理自由度,需要基于项目规范创设团队管理自由度、基于合作育人创设团队行动自由度、基于信任创设团队空间自由度。
At present,China’teaching innovation team of teachers in Vocational Colleges mainly follows the way of project specification and apprenticeship system,ignoring management discretion of team. The so-called Management discretion mainly means that the team can teach and innovate according to their own wishes at the level of management,action and space. Its essence is the balance between management and freedom,Taking this as the theoretical basis of teaching innovation team of teachers in Vocational Colleges,it highlights team on management freedom of balance between norms and freedom,action freedom of cooperation and sharing,and space freedom of trust,encourage the team to form a supportive environment,activate team innovative non-conscious thinking. To forge the management discretion of teachers’ teaching innovation team in vocational colleges,it is necessary to forge the management freedom of team based on project norms,the action freedom of team based on cooperative cultivation and the space freedom of team based on trust.
